Corangamite Shire holds and supports a wide range of community, youth, cultural and sporting events every year. Check out our events calendar here.

We are less renowned and more quietly proud of the pop-up style arts and cultural events that bring people together to celebrate who we are, where we live and demonstrate how a sense of place inspires artistic expression.

Volunteer

We work to live and live to play, and when that’s all done we like to help out.

Our communities are bonded by a volunteer culture that keeps us safe and supports a host of sporting, recreational and cultural opportunities.

From Parkrun, beach clean-up, Landcare, community art, CFA, SES, CERT and a Surf Lifesaving if you are willing to lend a hand we have a place we can put it to good use. Learn more about volunteering here.
