Princetown

DJI_0698-min.jpg

The Gellibrand River makes a virtual island of the hilltop village of Princetown. It's lazy meander reflective of the flow of time through the valley, just a quick turn and a world away from the Great Ocean Road.

The township borders between both Port Campbell and Great Otway National Parks and is connected to the Great Ocean Walk via a picturesque wetland boardwalk.  Princetown offers fishing opportunities in the estuary and on the ocean beaches and direct access to National Park trails and lookouts, and plenty of magnificent beaches.

Corangamite Shire acknowledges and pays our respects to the Eastern Maar and Wadawurrung peoples as the Traditional Owners of the Lands that we work, live and play upon.

We would like you to join us in recognising their ongoing cultural, spiritual and educational practices.
